New Look, New Focus and Ready to Rock Out

You may have noticed that I’ve not been working on the site recently. This is for one major reason: I managed to totally ruin the site database. I had to set it all up again. It took a while but it’s all sorted now, and better than ever.

New look

The header has been designed by a friend of mine Steve Clark at www.design79.com. His site is undergoing a bit of a redesign at the moment, but looking forward to seeing more great design from him.

I’ve changed the background image and also simplified the navigation. Hopefully it’s nice and easy to find your way around.

New focus

The new focus of the site is going to be within the tagline: Tips, Tricks and Advice. These are the things that I do best when it comes to snowboarding. I’ve got a lot of knowledge that I’ve acquired over the years riding, I want to share it all with you.

Here are some of the things that I’m planning to write about:

• Gear (and how to get the perfect setup)
• Explaining snowboard tech in detail
• Tips on technique
• How to break down tricks into baby steps

There will be lots more and it will all change depending on the input I get from readers. It’s nice to have my space back to express my thoughts. The more I get to think and talk about snowboarding the better.

Ready to rock out

I thought I’d just get this post written to welcome any new fans that have joined the facebook group, or for people who have already been following everything so far.

Thanks to any support that I’ve received over the last year and I’m super motivated for my next season shredding!
